It’s been a while! But I’m back with a J-music update – and it’s FictionJunction!

Thanks to my favorite Kajiuran website (canta-per-me.net), I was informed of FictionJunction’s new song: Stone Cold.

It’s been months since I last saw their previous PV (that was Parallel Hearts) – I really miss FictionJunction. All updates were about Kalafina and Kalafina and Kalafina, I want FictionJunction, Yuki Kajiura! I don’t like Kalafina as much as I like FictionJunction, moreover I don’t have any of their songs. I just love hearing Wakana, Yuriko, Keiko and Kaori’s voices in one song. Anyways, here’s the PV for FJ’s Stone Cold:

stone cold / FictionJunction PV

Ooooh! All four of them again! But but but…. there is something different with this PV that I just can’t point it out. It’s very different with Toki no Mukou Maboroshi Sora and Parallel Hearts which were my favorites.

But let’s skip the rantings. THIS IS FICTIONJUNCTION, my favorite J-music group so I definitely love this.

Despite the differences with their previous songs with PVs, the usual ‘Kaori then Wakana’ lead is still in this song. Keiko (my favorite!) and Yuriko are still the back-up singers, but we can’t really call them back-ups since Stone Cold wouldn’t be Stone Cold if not because of their powerful supporting voices.

But it really should’ve been better if Keiko have her own solo even if it’s only in the bridge! (like in Toki no Mukou Maboroshi no Sora). Well, Yuriko had the bridge for herself in this song. But really, she should’ve shared it with Keiko! :) :D

‘No chibified voice. No shouting. Just pure talent’.

– It’s really true. FJ (and Kalafina too) uses their real voices in singing, not like the others who change their voices in singing. So go FictionJunction!!!!

Kyaaaaa~

This is it guys… I’ll be a college student in two days. And that means busier days! Waaii… I wonder if I’ll be able to post more? But don’t worry guys, I’ll definitely tell you about recent anime happenings, like what I’m currently watching, anime items I just bought, and such. Zettai! I promise! I really love this blog that I’m sad that I’ll part from it for five days per week… I’ll always put ‘blogging’ on my busy schedule!!

Anyway, this is the last day of summer vacation, so what am I doing to make it longer and more unforgettable?

Listening to Anime OST of course!

Like what I said, I just finished watching Kobato, so I’m currently into the OST’s: Haru no Utakata and Sakura Sakukoro. With these albums, not only that will I be able to listen to them today, but for the whole semester too! (during brief moments when I’m just lazing around because there ‘aren’t much school works :D )

Kobato OST: Haru no Utakata

Kobato OST: Haru no Utakata

Kobato soundtracks are so Shoujo! I love such music! The music is so carefree and it  makes you feel light… yes, that means you’ll have no worries! Don’t you just love music?

Kobato OST 2: Sakura Sakukoro

Kobato OST 2: Sakura Sakukoro

My favorite among the tracks? Ashita Kuru Hi of course! Sung by Kobato Hanato herself! (seiyuu: Hanazawa Kana). But of course, I like all:D

And by the way, have you noticed that I changed my gravatar? Yeah, I guess it’s about time I remove Arisa Mizuhara’s photo. And now it’s Kobato! Yatta! She’s really cute! I bet the gravatar will last for a year -  remind me if ever I forget about what I said! It’s going to be Kobato Hanato for a year ^_^

So what’s to dread about the start of a new school year? Absolutely NOTHING! It’s very fun and all; my school is near a mall where there’s a comic store (remember where I bought my Cardcaptor Sakura Omnibus?), two bookstores that also sell manga, and an anime store! (Just need to save up!) Plus, there are two CD’s I’ll be listening to ^_^.

See you later folks! Be sure to come back here from time to time for anime updates happening my life ^_^ Ja ne!~

Wear T-shirts on your concert! – FictionJunction

So again, I spent my internet hours watching FictionJunction and Yuki Kajiura LIVE on youtube. Well actually, my plan was to watch all Yuki Kajiura Live Vol.4 part 2, which I saw just weeks ago but was not able to watch — too bad for me, it was already banned from Youtube because of copyright!! I should’ve watched it before (and downloaded it!! >.<)

In any case, nothing stopped me from watching more FictionJunction, and saw I saw this:

OMG, I never knew that Wakana, Yuriko, Keiko, and Kaori would wear simple t-shirts on stage!! Their simplicity really is the best!

Another thing, I think this version of Everlasting Song is better than FictionJunction ASUKA’s. Maybe it’s because I love the four more?

- FictionJunction the best!! -

For the past days, even in my previous post, I just can’t get enough of FictionJunction. And so, after watching their live singings in Youtube, I moved on with PV’s (what is a PV anyway??), and I was not disappointed – it is very worth watching! I just don’t like the idea that I found only two PV’s….the others are FictionJunction YUUKA (I like the four more). Anyways….

Toki no Mukou Maboroshi no Sora

Parallel Hearts
(from Pandora Hearts)

They are really the best – from Wakana’s high pitch to Keiko’s low voice!

Lately, I’ve been very addicted to Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle OST’s that I was able to download all four Soundtracks (Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle Original Soundtrack – Future Soundscape I-IV) straight^^. All songs are composed by Yuki Kajiura - no doubt my favorite composer at the time being.

Moreover, Yuki Kajiura’s team, FictionJuntion (ASUKA, KEIKO, KAORI, YUUKA, WAKANA, and KAIDA), goes with my favorite singers (or perhaps, group) too. I just love their voice tandems! The way their voices combine….oh my, they are just the best! (I love their goth loli style too! :D )

And my favorite? Composed by Yuki Kajiura, sung by FictionJunction: Hanamaori No Oka!

(click the link ‘Hanamori no Oka’ if the video does not play)

So where do all these things sum up for the ‘Girl Power’ thing? It’s simple – all of them are girls, plus my all-time favorite CLAMP, and it’s GIRL POWER!

This dance craze has been IN for years but it never fade! The Haruhi steps has been danced throughout the world!

Hare-Hare Yukai Pictures, Images and Photos

Hare Hare Yukai – “Sunny Sunny Happiness”

The Song Hare Hare Yukai (ハレ晴レユカイ) came from the Japanese anime series: The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. It is the ending theme to this series.

Along with the song came a catchy dance, performed by characters: Mikuru Asahina, Haruhi Suzumiya, Yuki Nagato, Itsuki Koizumi, and Kyon. According to the Stats from Google search insights, Hare Hare Yukai gained world-wide popularity throughout 2007 and 2008, with it’s biggest influence on the Philippines (yeah! My Homecountry!), Chile, and Thailand. Cosplayers from around the world rushed to create outfits and perform the Hare Hare Yukai dance.

The song was originally recorded in 2006 by Japanese pop artists: Aya Hirano, Minori Chihara, and Yuko Goto (last.fm)

If you’ve been living under a rock and have never heard of this dance before, then here’s a Hare Hare Yukai tutorial for you! Go on and dance the Haruhi dance! (sing along too^^)

Click here if it does not play.

If you’ve noticed, this dance has been running here in my blog for, maybe, a month on my sidebar^^.

Another thing: have you ever heard of the Dancing Inmates of Cebu? This is just an FYI, because they’ve danced the Haruhi Dance!! Here’s the link.
